What if I don't have land yet?

No problem. Our 2020 Realty division can help you find the right lot in Western NC. We know which areas have the best value and which lots are build-ready.

How much does it cost to build on my land?

Costs vary based on floor plan, site conditions, and finishes. We'll give you a transparent, itemized estimate after a free site evaluation. Most of our homes range from $180,000 to $350,000 depending on size and specifications.

How long does the build take?

Typically 6 to 9 months from permit approval to move-in. The permitting process itself can take 4 to 8 weeks depending on the county.

Do you help with financing?

Yes. We'll connect you with lenders who specialize in construction-to-permanent loans. We can also walk you through what to expect in the financing process.

What areas do you serve?

We build throughout Western North Carolina, including Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, Madison, and surrounding counties.
